Mass Transportation Law

Since 1990 Joan Rife has provided advice and counsel on mass transportation issues with a particular emphasis on fixed route bus transportation and paratransit services. Through this work, Joan Rife has presented cases in court and has worked with officials at the Federal Transit Administration, the Department of Transportation and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission.
